I no longer make crofthoose cushions to sell, im keeping this page up incase anyone tries to copy them, haha! thanks for the love for them, I make them here and there mainly for the Shetland Textile Museum.
I developed my crofthoose shaped cushions in 2012 and they are the main thing that I sell, inspired by traditional crofthouses seen all over Shetland. I knit the cushions on a Silver Reed knitting machine and then sew and stuff the cushions myself. The cushions are all stuffed with Shetland Wool cushion stuffing which I get from Jamieson & Smith where I work full time. The cushions are £40 each, I post them 1st class signed for. As I work full time each cushion is made to order, which means you have more control over colours and motifs used. I am open to anything! if you are interested please send me an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org For some colour ideas have a look at this album on my facebook page
